Knight Time [2020]

A group project made for the AIE first-year production project.


 

Gameplay Demo

Knight Time is a singleplayer Unity game where the player must battle through multiple enemies to prove their power to the realm, and establish their dominance.

Combat Gameplay & UI

My responsibilities during this project were programming the gameplay and UI for the game’s combat sections. This was an exciting challenge, as there were many gameplay and UI systems which had to work seamlessly together.

Tutorial System

One of my favourite systems that I implemented in this project was the in-game contextual tutorial system. This system aims to teach the player by automatically showing an on-screen mouse cursor, which demonstrates what the player should do with their mouse.
